Congratulations to our maple syrup vendor, Dufresne’s Sugar House! 

They received 3 ribbons in this year’s North American Maple Syrup Council’s annual competition.  Taking first place for maple cream, second place for golden/delicate syrup and third place for maple candy, they claimed more ribbons than any other entrant, and competed against areas across the US and Canada!  Sweet!

Thanks to Keith and Jacqueline Dufresne, we are able to provide quality, real maple syrup to our guests – a priority in this house since Glenn fancies himself a syrup connoisseur.  Our guests enjoy their medium amber syrup, a great complement to Glenn’s French Toast, Belgian Waffles and German Apple Pancakes.
